Welcome and thank you for taking the time to inquire about our company and services. Bermon Carpet Cleaning is a family owned and operated business since 1992.

We were formally known as Bermon International since we have a sister company in Mexico city, Mexico, but the name did not do any fairness to the nature of the business so we decided to go simply by Bermon Carpet Cleaning. We've always believed in taking care of our customers the same way we would like to be taken care of and treated.

We know the importance of having you as a client for the long term, in fact, we strive to have loyal customers. We could not build a successful business based on one time customers. We know that if we can create a "supported" out of you of our services, you will pass our name along to your friends, family and community.

Why US?

While different companies use different cleaning methods or just simply use hot water extraction or a truck mounted with machines that again only use hot water and then dry your carpet or Chem-Dry that uses chemicals to clean your carpet which will leave behind a chemical smell and a straw like feeling to the carpet.

Our approach and methodoloy is what will help you make the right choice. Our cleaning method uses a combination of procedures that will clean your carpet deep into the fabric, compleatly attacking dirt spots, stains and odors. The final result is a clean, odor-free fluffly carpet that you once were so proud to showcase.

We call this method the 3 step cleaning system, developed by our family in our 18 years of experience in the business, that we know will satisfy even the most hard to please customer.

1. First step is to pre-treat any stains that you might have, we will try to identify the nature of the stain and use products that will be effective on the stain. Then we will spray a 100 % natural combination of shampoo, disinfectant and sanitizer all over the areas to be cleaned.
   
2. Second step is to deep scrub the carpet with a rotary scrubbing machine.
   
3. Third and final step is to steam clean your carpet TWICE! Or also known as hot water extraction.
